The Silza Cream should be applied to a thickness of 3 to 5 mm layer to the affected areas once or twice daily. In the case of large burnt surfaces Silza Cream is applied by means of a spatula or a gloved hand.
The burns should be covered with sterile gauze and dressed. Prior to each further application of the cream the wound should be carefully cleaned. The old cream and secretion products are removed most easily by gentle jet of water or by bathing in anseptic agents.
